Jennifer Openshaw is CEO of Girls with Impact, the nation’s only entrepreneur and leadership program just for girls, and is a nationally known financial expert, author and Silicon Valley entrepreneur. She has been a columnist for Dow Jones and has shared her expertise on Oprah, CNBC, Good Morning America. Openshaw was co-author and CMO of Mercer’s When Women Thrive global research platform and has been called “one of the most outspoken proponents for empowering women to control their financial lives” by CBS MarketWatch founder and USA Today publisher Larry Kramer.
Tracy Killoren Chadwell is Founding Partner at 1843 Capital, an early stage venture capital fund. Prior to 1843 Capital, she spent six years investing in early stage companies with a female founder through her personal entity Coyote Capital. Tracy also was partner of the growth capital fund Baker Capital, which had more than $1 billion under management. She is a frequent speaker on venture capital and women entrepreneurs including giving testimony before a Senate Committee and as a featured speaker at the MIT VC Conference. A trusted board member, she serves on the boards of Marstone and Sachs Insights. Her philanthropic work includes sitting on the Advisory Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum, acting as an Executive Advisor for the Echoing Green Foundation and as a mentor for Monarq and Techstars KC.
